KARI Playgroup is back!

Running every Friday during the school term, our free playgroup is for Aboriginal children aged 0–5 in the Liverpool, Bankstown, and Fairfield areas.

 Join us for a fun morning of learning, crafts, and connection. With morning tea provided!

A Speech Therapist and Occupational Therapist will also be available onsite to support your little ones.

Lil' Possums - A supported playgroup for First Nations families

A safe and welcoming space where you and your little one can play, sing, learn and yarn with other families.

The Community Cafe Care Support Centre are hosting FREE Community Dinner Services, Tuesday nights from 6pm - 7:30pm at 64 Cabramatta Ave Miller 2168.

The Community Dinner Service has been running for over 2 years and is an all you can eat buffet style dinner that is open to the entire community.

Bring the whole family, they have dishes to cater to all dietary requirements so there is something for everyone! 

To boost education opportunities and narrow the digital divide, the Australian Government is providing qualifying families a free NBN service until 3o June 2028, for up to 30,000 unconnected families with school aged students, through its School Student Broadband Initiative (SSBI).

The Government has invested $13.7 million to implement the Initiative in partnership with NBN Co.

You might be eligible if you:

  • have a school-aged child
  • have no active nbn broadband connection or have not disconnected in the last 14 days. Having the internet on a mobile phone is ok.
  • live in a premises that is serviced by the nbn network

To check if you qualify follow these simple steps.

Visit www.anglicarevic.org.au/student-internet.

Callback, webchat and interpreting services also available.

The National Referral Centre team will check your residential address and ask you some basic questions to determine if you qualify for the Initiative.

If you qualify, you will be issued a voucher which can be redeemed at any of the participating internet providers. The National Referral Centre will also be available to assist with contacting your chosen internet provider or providing follow-up support.
