We have been hard at work getting to know one another, building relationships and learning. This week our spelling focus is the digraph ‘ai’ and ‘ay’. For writing we have been focused on a text titled ‘Under the Southern Cross’ and we have explored all the different states of Australia and which our favourite place is. Below is a glimpse into our learning journey.

The class is named after Ernst August Friedrich Ruska, a German physicist.
He won a Nobel Prize in Physicist in 1986 for his work in electronoptics, including the design for the first electron microscope.
