Term 4 is already here and Lilac are consistently learning new concepts with passion.
In maths students are investigating equivalent addition and subtraction number sentences. That is finding missing numbers and calculating the value of each side to make them of equal value.
Lilac are making their writing much more engaging by using noun groups to provide a fuller description to story settings.
Our science topic this term is smooth moves. This week we experimented with how to make a stationary object move. Students had so much fun trialling different forces to make a ball move and discussed which force was stronger.
