Stage 2 & 3 Sydney Zoo Excursion

This is a wonderful opportunity for students to explore important concepts in our Stage 3 Science curriculum, focusing on survival and sustainability, as well as Stage 2 topics related to food and fibre.

During our visit, we will learn about how various animals adapt to their environments and the importance of biodiversity in maintaining healthy ecosystems. We will also investigate the sources of our food and the significance of plants and animals in our daily lives.

Additionally, our excursion will include insights into Aboriginal education, highlighting the deep connection that Aboriginal peoples have with the land. We will explore how traditional knowledge, and practices contribute to sustainability and the preservation of our natural environment.

Payment and permission notes need to be returned to the office by Tuesday 1st July.
